Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at any time before a driver accepts your request, there is no charge. If you cancel once the driver has arrived or is close to your pickup point, a fee of 30% of the fare applies.

You can cancel a scheduled ride free of charge up to 4 hours before the pickup time.

• Between 4 hours and 1 hour before pickup: 30% of the fare
• Less than 1 hour before pickup: 50% of the fare
• No-show: the full fare (100%)

Rentals can be cancelled free of charge more than 24 hours before the start time.

• Between 24 hours and 2 hours before the start time: 50% of the amount paid
• Less than 2 hours before the start time, or a no-show: the full amount (100%)

• The driver cancels or does not arrive
• The driver is more than 10 minutes late
• The vehicle is not the category you booked
• LushRide cancels for safety or operational reasons

Any amount not charged is refunded to your original payment method within 24 business hours.

By confirming a booking, you agree to this policy. LushRide may update it, and the version shown at the time of booking applies.
