Delete your account
Request deletion of your LushRide account and the personal information held with it.
This page lets you ask LushRide Limited to delete your LushRide account and the personal information associated with it. You can submit a request here without reinstalling the app or signing in.
How the request is handled
- Submit the form with the email address and phone number registered to your LushRide account, so we can locate it.
- We confirm your identity before acting. This is a security measure to ensure personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
- We delete your account and the personal information held with it, other than anything we are required to keep.
- We respond to every legitimate request within one month. Occasionally a complex request takes longer — if so, we will notify you and keep you updated.
What is deleted
- Your account profile — name, date of birth, email address, login name and profile picture.
- Your phone number, home or work address, and saved favourite locations.
- Preferences and settings related to the account.
- Payment method details and transaction history held on the platform.
- Identification documents and photographs you submitted.
- Geolocation, app usage and demographic data linked to your account.
What may be retained
- Information we are required to retain by law, or for legitimate business purposes, to the extent permitted by law.
- Following termination or deactivation, information is retained for at least one year, or for as long as needed for legal purposes under applicable law.
- Information already written to our backup files may remain there after deletion.
- If we cannot delete something you have asked us to, we will let you know and explain why.
